Hi, i just recently bought a p11 pro 2020 and im very pleased with it. Usb c headphones should work for calls and media, pretty much all sound should be directed through them once plugged in.

Put The Headphone Usb C Jack Into The Port.

My headphones dont work with this port at all, and the computer. When i connect the included type c earphones with my mobile it remains connected, untill i start listening to some video or music it disconnects with a notification samsung usb type c headset checking firmware version. Restart your phone leaving the headphone plugged in should work once it starts.

Hi, i just recently bought a p11 pro 2020 and im very pleased with it. Obviously with no audio jack i got a micro usb to 3.5mm adapter. Although this problem is rare, it is still an annoying one if you just bought the pixel and the headphones that are working on every other device are not working on it.
